Returns Policy
-All Purchases (except final sale, bags, and accessories) can be returned within 30 days from the delivered date.
-Items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging and ensure that all articles in the package are intact. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.
-The Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

If the return is due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct we will cover the shipping fee.

Order Cancellation
Your order will be fully refunded if it’s cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please Contact Us at pastelpoppyshop@gmail.com to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee is applied. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the order has already been shipped.
